History

"KALDERA COMPANY" d.o.o. Laktasi, was founded on April 19, 1994. and since then it has been successfully operating as a production and service company in the power and telecommunications sectors. The main activity of the Company according to the notification on the classification by business activities of the APIF is 27.12 - the production of devices for the distribution and control of electricity. "KALDERA COMPANY" d.o.o. has managed to start and expand the placement of its existing, but also new products developed specifically at the customer's request in the German market, mainly for the needs of the automotive industry, but also for the production of modern machines and tools, and activities are already being carried out for the placement of products in the markets of other European countries. "KALDERA COMPANY" d.o.o. currently employs 197 workers, and with high business standards, the company's management and employees are determined to achieve all the set goals with joint dedication and commitment. By constantly increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of all work processes, we regularly invest in the education and professional training of personnel as well as the modernization of production processes in accordance with the development of the entire industry and world trends.

The mission of the existence and operation of the company "KALDERA COMPANY" d.o.o. it is achieved by satisfying the needs and wishes of interested parties through the processes of development, production and distribution of electrical and mechanical products in the power sector. The mission of our company is not only to respond to the needs of its consumers, but also to constantly strive for higher and better quality.

Goals

- establishment, maintenance, continuous improvement and international certification of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and the environmental protection management system according to the ISO 14001:2004 standard;

- through seminars or visits to renowned fairs or exhibitions, conduct training of key personnel in order to familiarize them with new trends and technologies, which will be able to animate and motivate all employees to pay maximum attention and raise the quality of their work;

- the quality of incoming raw materials will be ensured by purchasing goods and services from renowned and internationally recognized manufacturers of components and additives with a controlled impact on human health;
